Project Lifecycle
Our Workflow:Contact us to find out exactly how we can help you. Once our quotation is accepted, we will send you a contract and an invoice for your deposit. We ask for 40% of the total price when starting the project planning, as we will be working on your website/e-shop/app for several weeks/months. We will only start the actual work after the contract is signed by both parties and the first installment of money is transferred.
Why do you need a website/e-shop/app? What makes you want to replace the one you have now, if that’s the case? You need to define what you want to achieve by creating the project and exactly who the website/e-shop/app is for. You also need to think about how it will contribute to increasing your revenue, what its role will be in sales. You need to know these objectives in order to create a website/e-shop that meets them. You also need to think about how much money you have available to achieve all this.
The structure is nothing more than a system for organizing and prioritizing the information, images and text content intended for the website/e-shop. In addition, it is the creation of a logical hierarchy and a consistent menu system. It is important to know what subpages and content types will be on the website/e-shop, how they will be structured and hierarchized.
Similarly, the application should have a well-defined content, structure and expected functionality. A user flow is the sequence of actions that users perform to access different parts of your app.
A wireframe is a visual guide to the graphic design of a website. The structure of each page is visualized using wireframes. The wireframe therefore includes the structure and intended functions of the page.
A prototype is an early sample, model, or release of a product built to test a concept or process. The prototype is more advanced than a simple wireframe, showing certain functionalities in a realistic way
The collection and writing of the text, images, videos, etc. to be uploaded to the website should be available to us when we start to create the website, as this will allow us to start with the graphic design.
The text content must be provided by the client, formatted and proofread. For the image material, we can choose a photographer, or we have the option of purchasing from photo collections.
If you don’t have a website/online business yet, you should reserve the domain name and technically suitable hosting for your website before starting the website development. In this process we will help you choose the right one. A domain is best if it contains keywords relevant to your website or includes the name of your main service, and is intuitive and easy to remember.
Custom design to suit your business and the content you want to display. If you already have an established corporate identity (logo, brand colors, maybe a branding manual), we can use it in the design process. If you don’t have an established brand, we will design your logo, colors, fonts and all visuals for your business at this stage. This is the point where you get the style of your website/e-store/app. We can also help with editing/optimizing the images needed.
Once the graphic designs have been approved, they are organized and converted into a programmable form. We work with open source content management systems and Shopify. We will select and configure the website engine/online store interface for you, and make the necessary basic settings. We will create a custom layout template that fits your company’s image and your goals. We will then build the rest of the website’s/e-shop’s functionality.
Apps are totally custom built using the latest technologies in programming.
Once the structure and design of the website/e-shop is in place, we will start uploading the text and image content/products you have prepared. We will set up the meta elements, social media linking required for a search engine friendly structure.
We select, install and configure plug-ins and applications necessary for the smooth operation and support of your business.
Once the functional part of the website/e-shop/app is ready, we test it on phones, tablets, different browsers. At this stage, the visual appearance can be polished. We also check that the forms and if purchases work correctly and correct any errors. We use measurement tools to check the loading speed, accessibility, standardization and search engine friendliness.
The completed and tested website/e-shop/app will be installed and made live. We will provide you with all the information you need for the administration interface.
We will send you the final invoice, the rest of 60% of the total price.
A website/e-shop/(app) is not a finished product, it needs to be constantly maintained and updated. You can contact us with any questions, development ideas or suggestions. You also have the possibility to ask for a maintenance package, which can be requested on a case-by-case basis or on a regular monthly basis.
